Safrochain Hub

Legal

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11 August 2026. Applies to the SafrochainHub Mobile application for Android, this landing site (https://mobilehub.safrochain.com), and related download pages operated by Safrochain.

1. Our position in plain terms

SafrochainHub Mobile is non-custodial wallet software. We do not hold your funds, we do not hold your private keys, and we do not operate a custodial account system for end users. We also do not collect, store, sell, rent, or monetize personal user information as a product feature of the app.

In practical terms: we do not maintain user profiles, we do not require an email or phone number to use the wallet, we do not run a central database of balances tied to your identity, and we do not ask you to upload identity documents to SafrochainHub Mobile. Control of keys and signing remains with you and the wallet you connect (for example Keplr, Leap, or Cosmostation through WalletConnect).

2. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes how Safrochain ("Safrochain", "we", "us", or "our") treats information in connection with:

  • The SafrochainHub Mobile Android application (including beta builds distributed through this site or Google Play when published).
  • The mobile landing and download pages at mobilehub.safrochain.com and related SafrochainHub promotional surfaces that link here.
  • Support communications you voluntarily send to us about the mobile product.

It does not control how third-party wallets, block explorers, RPC providers, bridges, or other independent services handle data when you interact with them. Those parties publish their own policies.

3. What we do not collect

We design SafrochainHub Mobile so that ordinary use does not require us to hold personal data. Without limitation, we do not intentionally collect or retain:

  • Full names, government IDs, passport scans, or KYC dossiers for app users.
  • Seed phrases, mnemonic words, private keys, or wallet passwords. Those materials must never be shared with us. We will never ask for them by email, chat, or in-app form.
  • A proprietary account password database for the mobile wallet itself. Authentication to chain accounts is performed through your connected wallet software.
  • Marketing profiles built from your on-chain activity for sale to data brokers.
  • Precise continuous GPS tracking of your device as a condition of using send, swap, bridge, or stake features.

If you see any screen, message, or third party claiming to represent Safrochain and requesting seed phrases or private keys, treat it as fraudulent and do not comply.

4. Information that may exist outside our custody

Blockchain networks are public by design. When you broadcast a transaction, the network and public explorers may show addresses, amounts, memos you choose to attach, timestamps, and related metadata. That visibility is a property of the chain, not a private database we operate for user profiling.

To display balances, prices, channel status, or transaction progress, the app may query public or semi-public infrastructure such as RPC and REST endpoints, indexers, or market data feeds. Those requests typically include technical network details (for example IP address as seen by the endpoint operator) under the control of the endpoint operator, not under a SafrochainHub user account we host.

WalletConnect and similar session protocols exchange connection metadata between your device and the wallet you approve. Session handling is governed by those protocols and by the wallet vendor. We do not take custody of your keys through WalletConnect.

5. Data that may stay on your device

Like most mobile software, SafrochainHub Mobile may store limited preferences and session-related state locally on your device. That can include theme choice, last-used network selection, UI preferences, cached display data, and similar settings that make the product usable offline or after relaunch.

Local storage remains under your device control. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the app, or resetting the device removes those local artifacts according to your operating system. Local preferences are not the same as a cloud account we maintain for you.

6. This website and downloads

When you visit this landing page or download the Android package, standard web server and CDN logs may record technical request data such as IP address, user agent, referring URL, timestamps, and success or failure of the download. Hosting providers use those logs for security, abuse prevention, capacity planning, and reliability. We do not use landing-page logs to build advertising profiles of individual wallet users.

If you install a build from Google Play, Google's Play policies and privacy disclosures also apply to distribution, crash reporting options you enable in the Play ecosystem, and store account activity. Review Google's documentation for that channel.

7. Support and voluntary contact

If you email us or open a support ticket, you choose what to send. That may include an email address, device model, screenshots you attach, and a description of the issue. We use that material only to respond and to improve product quality. We do not require you to provide a wallet seed or private key to receive support, and you should never include those secrets in a ticket.

Support correspondence may be retained for a reasonable period so we can follow up and document resolutions. You may ask us to delete support threads that contain personal contact details by contacting us through the channels listed below.

8. Analytics, crash reports, and advertising

Our product goal is a non-custodial wallet experience without an advertising identity graph. We do not sell personal information. Where a build includes optional diagnostics or platform-mandated crash tooling, those signals are used to keep the app stable, not to inventory your holdings for marketing.

If a future release introduces additional telemetry, we will update this policy before relying on broader collection, and we will describe the categories clearly. Until then, treat the statements in Section 1 and Section 3 as controlling: we do not hold user personal information as part of ordinary wallet use.

9. Children

SafrochainHub Mobile is not directed at children under 16 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal contact details to us through support channels, contact us and we will delete that correspondence where feasible.

10. Security

Because we do not custody your keys, the most important security controls are the ones you and your wallet vendor maintain: device lock screens, wallet confirmation prompts, phishing awareness, and careful handling of recovery phrases. We apply ordinary industry practice to systems we do operate (this website, build distribution, and support tooling), including access control and transport encryption where appropriate.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is perfect. Public blockchains and third-party infrastructure introduce risks outside our exclusive control. Use the software carefully and verify destinations before signing.

11. International users

Safrochain is a globally reachable software project. Infrastructure that serves this site or public chain endpoints may be located in multiple regions. By using the app or site, you understand that technical request data may be processed where those operators run systems, subject to their terms and applicable law.

12. Your choices

  • You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.
  • You can disconnect WalletConnect sessions from your wallet app.
  • You can clear local app storage through Android settings.
  • You can avoid sending personal details in support messages.
  • You can request deletion of support emails that identify you by contacting us.

Because we do not maintain custodial user accounts or a personal data warehouse of wallet holders, there is typically no central "user file" for us to export beyond voluntary support correspondence and ordinary server logs held by hosting providers.

13. Third-party services

The app may link to or integrate with independent services, including wallet apps, block explorers, RPC operators, price feeds, and Google Play. Their privacy practices are their own. We encourage you to read those policies before connecting a wallet or approving sessions.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, distribution channels, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we publish a revision. Continued use of the app or landing site after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where applicable law requires a different process.

15. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy or about personal information you may have sent us voluntarily can be directed to Safrochain:

Again, for clarity: SafrochainHub Mobile does not hold your keys and does not hold personal user dossiers as part of normal operation. Protect your recovery phrase. Verify every signature prompt. Prefer official links from safrochain.com and safrochainhub distribution channels.
